This OWC DDR5 module provides 128GB of ECC registered memory in a single 288-pin RDIMM. It operates at 4800MHz with CL40 latency and 1.1V voltage. The 4Rx4 rank configuration is designed for the Dell PowerEdge XE9680 server platform.

ECC registered reliability

Error-correcting code detects and corrects single-bit errors to maintain data integrity under continuous workloads. Registered buffering reduces electrical load on the memory controller for stable operation at high capacity. The module replaces Dell part numbers AC449974 and SNPMMWR9C/128G.
