DDR3L 1600MHz speed and voltage limits

The module conforms to the PC3L-12800 standard at 1600MHz. DDR3L requires a 1.35V supply; systems that only provide 1.5V DDR3 voltage may not run this memory correctly. Maximum throughput is set by the 1600MHz clock and CL11 timing, so bandwidth cannot exceed that specification.
