DDR4 2666MHz PC4-21300 CL19 Constraints

The module runs at DDR4 2666MHz with PC4-21300 bandwidth and CL19 latency at 1.2V. It is backward compatible with 2133MHz and 2400MHz systems, where it will operate at the lower speed.
