Server ECC RDIMM for Lenovo ThinkSystem

This OWC 16GB DDR4 2666MHz registered DIMM is built for Lenovo ThinkSystem servers based on Xeon SP Gen 1 platforms. It targets administrators who need to expand memory in SR550, SR570, SR590, SR630 or SR650 chassis. The module is new and carries OWC part number 2R6D42R816GB.

Registered ECC with CL19 latency

The single specification that decides fit is the registered ECC design combined with CL19 timing at 1.2V. This module will not work in standard desktop boards or in systems that require unbuffered memory. It replaces Lenovo part numbers 01AG618, 4X70P98202 and 7X77A01303 and runs at 2666MHz with backward compatibility to 2133MHz and 2400MHz speeds.
