This 16GB DDR4 module is built for TerraMaster U8-322-9100, U8-522-9400 and U8-722-2224 NAS units. It replaces the TerraMaster A-URAMD4-16G part with a JEDEC-standard 288-pin UDIMM. The non-ECC unbuffered design matches the original system specification for straightforward DIY installation.

DDR4 3200 CL22 2Rx8 Specification

The single decisive specification is the DDR4 3200 speed rating at CL22 latency in a 2Rx8 configuration. Systems requiring PC4-25600 modules with 1.2V operation will accept this stick; units needing ECC, registered DIMMs or a different rank structure will not.
