This 16GB DDR4 3200MHz CL22 SODIMM module is designed as a direct memory upgrade for specific Lenovo ThinkPad L14 G3, L15 G2, L15 G3, P1 G3 and P1 G4 models. It uses a 260-pin non-ECC unbuffered layout operating at 1.2V. The module replaces several Lenovo part numbers including 5M30V06972 and 4X70Z90847.
