This kit provides 256GB of DDR3L memory across eight 32GB modules for Cisco UCS B260 M4 and B460 M4 servers. Systems requiring unbuffered or standard registered DIMMs cannot use this kit.

240-pin LRDIMM form factor

Each module uses a 240-pin DDR3L interface operating at 1.35V with CL11 latency and a 4Rx4 organisation. The load-reduced architecture reduces electrical load on the memory bus for stable operation in fully populated slots. No heat spreader is fitted so airflow in dense blade chassis remains unobstructed. Mixing with unbuffered or registered ECC memory is not supported.

Replaces Cisco part numbers

The kit replaces Cisco UCSML1X324RYA, UCS-ML-1X324RZ-A and UCSML2X324RYE modules for direct compatibility.
