16 GB DDR4 2666 MHz CL19 ECC registered RDIMM for Supermicro X11SRA series servers
This 16GB DDR4 module is built for Supermicro X11SRA, X11SRA-F and X11SRA-RF motherboards. It delivers 2666MHz speed at CL19 latency with ECC and registered buffering for data integrity. The 1.2V DDR4 288-pin RDIMM is not compatible with standard desktop systems. It replaces several Supermicro part numbers including MEMDR416LCL06ER26 and MEMDR416LHL06ER26.
Operating at 1.2V, the module draws low power and generates minimal heat without a heat spreader. Registered buffering reduces electrical load on the memory controller during sustained workloads. ECC operation adds a small overhead but maintains stability in continuous server use. The design suits 24/7 environments where thermal headroom is limited.
The 288-pin RDIMM uses a 2Rx8 rank configuration and meets JEDEC and RoHS standards. Registered DIMMs cannot be mixed with unbuffered memory in the same system. Backward compatibility with 2133MHz and 2400MHz platforms allows flexible deployment. Each module is tested in-house before shipping to ensure reliable installation.

No scheduled maintenance is required; the module carries a limited lifetime warranty, so a replacement would only be needed if a memory test reports correctable ECC errors that exceed the platform threshold.
