This OWC kit provides 32GB of DDR5 4800 memory as two 16GB registered DIMMs with ECC and a CL40 latency. It is built for Lenovo ThinkSystem SD650 V3, SD650-I V3, SD665 V3, SD665-N V3 and SR630 V3 servers. The modules operate at 1.1V and use a 288-pin form factor.

Registered ECC limits mixing

Registered ECC memory cannot be mixed with unbuffered or load-reduced modules in the same system. The DDR5 4800 standard sets the electrical and timing boundaries, so the kit will run at the platform's supported speed. Buyers who need consumer desktop memory or non-ECC modules cannot use this product.

Direct DIMM installation

Installation follows the server's standard DIMM-slot procedure; no heat spreader is present, so clearance is not increased.
