Server-grade ECC RDIMM

This 32GB DDR4 2666MHz module is built for servers, workstations and NAS systems that require registered ECC memory. It replaces Dell part numbers SNPTN78YC/32G, SNPTN78YC/32VXR and TN78Y with identical specifications. The module will not work in standard desktop computers and cannot be mixed with unbuffered memory.

JEDEC DDR4 2666 limits

The module operates at 2666MHz CL19 under the PC4-21300 standard and is backward compatible with 2133MHz and 2400MHz systems. ECC registered operation adds a clock cycle for address and command buffering, which improves signal integrity at the cost of slightly higher latency. It runs at the standard 1.2V DDR4 voltage and conforms to JEDEC specifications.
