This 32GB registered ECC module is built for Dell PowerEdge R660XS and R760XS servers. It delivers DDR5 4800 speed with CL40 latency at 1.1V. The 2Rx8 organisation and 288-pin RDIMM form factor match the platform requirements exactly. It will not work in standard desktops or with unbuffered memory.

Passive cooling with low-voltage operation

No heat spreader is fitted, so airflow from the server chassis handles thermals. The 1.1V DDR5 voltage keeps power draw low during normal workloads. Registered buffering adds a clock cycle but reduces electrical load on the memory controller. Silent operation is assured because there are no active cooling components.

Single 32GB registered DIMM
