This 256GB kit contains two 128GB DDR4 3200 CL22 modules built for HP ProLiant DL110 Gen10 Plus Telco and DL325 Gen10 Plus systems. It runs at 1.2V with 4Rx4 organisation and 288-pin LRDIMM form factor. The memory is intended for server and workstation platforms that require load-reduced ECC DIMMs.

Load-reduced ECC changes compatibility rules

Unlike standard unbuffered or registered ECC DIMMs, these load-reduced modules cannot be mixed with either type in the same system. The kit replaces HP part numbers P06037-B21, P06037-H21, P06037-K21, P43171-B21, P07652-B21, P07652-H21 and P25206-B21. Backward compatibility covers 2133, 2400, 2666 and 2933 MHz speeds.

4Rx4 rank density decides slot population

Each module presents a 4Rx4 configuration that determines how many ranks the memory controller sees per channel. This rank structure is the single specification that governs whether the kit will populate correctly in the supported ProLiant platforms.
