4 GB DDR4 2400 SODIMM for QNAP NAS

This 4 GB DDR4 2400 CL17 module uses the 260-pin SO-DIMM form factor and runs at 1.2 V. It is built as a direct replacement for QNAP part numbers RAM-4GDR4A0-SO-2400 and RAM-4GDR4K1-SO-2400. The unbuffered, non-ECC design suits laptops, all-in-one PCs and compatible NAS units.

Check your system before ordering

Verify that your device accepts 260-pin DDR4 SO-DIMMs and supports 2400 MT/s or 2133 MT/s operation. The module is single-rank 1Rx8 with CL17 latency and has no heat spreader. Ensure the board does not require ECC or registered memory, as this stick provides neither.

Upgrade from 2133 MHz or lower capacity

The module is backward compatible with 2133 MHz slots, so it can replace slower DDR4 SO-DIMMs. Adding this 4 GB stick increases total memory for multitasking and larger workloads. Systems already running 2400 MHz CL17 non-ECC SODIMMs will see no speed gain, only a capacity increase.
