Server ECC RDIMM Upgrade

This OWC 32GB DDR5 4800 CL40 module is a registered ECC RDIMM built for workstations and servers. It runs at 1.1V with a 1Rx4 rank configuration on a 288-pin interface. The part replaces Hynix HMCG84MEBRA113N, HMCG84MEBRA115N and HMCG84MEBRA174N modules.

JEDEC Compliant Design

The module meets JEDEC and ROHS standards for a warranty-safe upgrade. It is tested to match or exceed OEM specifications and cannot be mixed with unbuffered or load-reduced ECC memory. No heat spreader is fitted.

For Registered ECC Platforms Only

Suits administrators extending the life of existing DDR5 registered ECC infrastructure or building new compatible systems. Not for standard desktop computers, laptops or any platform that requires unbuffered non-ECC or load-reduced DIMMs.
