This OWC upgrade kit provides 512 GB of DDR4 3200 ECC registered memory in two 256 GB DIMMs. It is built for Cisco UCS C480 M5 servers and follows JEDEC PC4-25600 CL22 specifications. The modules run at 1.2 V and use an 8Rx4 octal-rank layout.
