Server ECC RDIMM kit

This OWC kit supplies 64GB of DDR5 memory as two 32GB registered DIMMs. Each module runs at 4800 MT/s with CL40 latency at 1.1V. The parts are built for Cisco UCS C220 M7 SFF, C240 M7 SFF, X210c M7 and X410c M7 servers. They use a 288-pin form factor with ECC and registered buffering.

Not for desktop or unbuffered builds

This memory will not work in standard desktop PCs or consumer motherboards. It cannot be mixed with unbuffered or load-reduced DIMMs. Buyers who need non-ECC modules, different voltages or laptop SO-DIMMs should look elsewhere.

Registered ECC at 4800 MT/s

The registered ECC design with a single 1Rx4 rank per module is the specification that determines compatibility. Only systems qualified for DDR5 4800 registered ECC RDIMMs can use this kit.
