64 GB DDR4 2933 MHz ECC registered DIMM for Supermicro X11SP series motherboards
This 64 GB DDR4 2933 MHz registered ECC module is built for Supermicro X11SP series motherboards including the X11SPi-TF, X11SPL-F, X11SPM-F, X11SPM-TF and X11SPM-TPF. It targets administrators who need to expand memory capacity on supported server or workstation platforms without mixing with unbuffered DIMMs.
The module runs at a standard 1.2 V and conforms to JEDEC DDR4 specifications, so power draw and thermal output remain within the limits defined for PC4-23400 registered DIMMs. No heat spreader is fitted, relying on normal chassis airflow to keep temperatures in check during typical server workloads.
The 288-pin RDIMM plugs directly into compatible Supermicro DDR4 slots and will also operate at 2133, 2400 or 2666 MHz if the platform requires a lower speed.
