This OWC 64GB DDR4 3200 CL22 ECC Registered RDIMM is built for servers, workstations and NAS systems that require registered memory with error correction. It operates at 1.2V using a 288-pin interface and delivers 64GB in a single 2Rx4 module. Standard desktop computers cannot use this memory type.

Registered ECC limits and speed floor

Registered ECC modules must not be mixed with unbuffered or load-reduced memory in the same system. The module runs at PC4-25600 3200MHz with CL22 timing and is backward compatible with 2133MHz, 2400MHz, 2666MHz and 2933MHz bus speeds. JEDEC compliance ensures correct operation at each supported rate.

Replaces Dell AB214253 and smaller registered DIMMs
