This 64GB DDR5 4800 CL40 2Rx4 288-pin 1.1V ECC Registered DIMM is built for Fujitsu PRIMERGY CX2550 M7, CX2560 M7, RX1440 M2, RX4770 M7 and RX8770 M7 servers. It delivers JEDEC-standard registered ECC memory for workloads that require error correction and signal buffering. The module will not work in standard desktop computers or with unbuffered or load-reduced memory types.
Operating at the standard 1.1V DDR5 voltage, the module runs without a heat spreader and relies on server chassis airflow for cooling. Registered buffering reduces electrical load on the memory controller, helping to keep power draw predictable under sustained server workloads. No fan or active cooling is included on the DIMM itself.
The single 64GB module upgrades capacity by one DIMM slot, extending the service life of supported PRIMERGY platforms or reducing cost when configuring new systems. JEDEC and RoHS compliance ensures a warranty-safe installation without firmware conflicts. No additional software, cables or accessories are supplied with the memory module.
