This 64GB DDR5 5600 ECC registered DIMM is built for the Supermicro SuperServer SYS-211E-FRN2T and the SYS-211GT series. It delivers error-correcting memory for workstations, NAS systems, servers and network switches. The module uses a 288-pin form factor and operates at 1.1V with a CL46 latency. It will not work in standard desktop computers or alongside unbuffered or load-reduced memory.
The module runs at the JEDEC-standard 1.1V, keeping power draw low for dense server configurations. No heat spreader is fitted, so airflow across the DIMM slots handles cooling. Registered buffering reduces electrical load on the memory controller, helping stability in multi-DIMM populations. Noise is not a factor for this passive component.
The single 64GB rank-2Rx4 design leaves remaining slots free for further capacity expansion. Compatibility is limited to the listed SuperServer models; it cannot be mixed with unbuffered or ECC load-reduced modules. JEDEC and RoHS compliance ensure a warranty-safe upgrade path.
