DDR4 ECC DIMM for workstations and NAS

This 8 GB DDR4 module runs at 2666 MT/s with CL19 latency and operates at 1.2 V. It is an unbuffered ECC DIMM designed for desktop PCs, workstations, servers and NAS systems. The 288-pin form factor fits standard DDR4 slots. It serves as a direct replacement for the Synology D4EU02-8G part.

Thermals and power in normal use

The module has no heat spreader and draws power at the standard 1.2 V JEDEC voltage. ECC operation adds error correction without increasing voltage or thermal load beyond typical DDR4 limits. Passive cooling from case airflow is sufficient for normal workloads. Backward compatibility with 2133 and 2400 MT/s systems allows stable operation at lower speeds.
