It integrates an Intel Celeron J6412 processor with 8GB of DDR4 memory, a 512GB SSD and a 1TB HDD. A 10-point projected capacitive touch screen with IP65 front protection allows operation in dusty or wet conditions. The fanless aluminium chassis enables silent 24/7 deployment.

Sustained load behaviour

Passive cooling relies on the aluminium alloy body to dissipate heat without moving parts. The system is rated for continuous operation at 0 to 50°C when the SSD is the primary drive, and 0 to 40°C when the HDD is active. The watchdog timer supports a 255-level countdown to recover from software hangs automatically. This design targets stable performance across long shifts without thermal throttling from fan failure.

Interface practical limits

Video output uses HDMI to drive a second display at 1920 x 1080 resolution. Dual LAN ports provide wired network redundancy for machine-to-machine links. Three COM ports connect legacy serial equipment such as PLCs or barcode scanners. Four USB 3.0 ports handle high-speed peripherals, while an internal M.2 2280 SATA slot and a 2.5-inch SATA bay allow storage expansion within the SATA protocol ceiling.
