The Partaker A23-I5 4200U-8G512G1TB is a 15-inch all-in-one computer built for continuous industrial use. Its IP65-rated front panel resists dust and water jets while the fanless aluminium chassis runs silently. An Intel Core i5-4200U processor with 8GB DDR3L memory drives Windows 11 Pro for automation, monitoring or kiosk tasks. Dual storage combines a 512GB mSATA SSD with a 1TB 2.5-inch SATA drive.

Sustained-load behaviour

Passive cooling keeps the system at 0–50 °C with the SSD installed and 0–40 °C when the hard drive is active. The 10-point projected capacitive touchscreen is rated for 200 million touches and maintains 350 cd/m² brightness with a 1000:1 contrast ratio. A hardware watchdog timer counts up to 255 seconds to recover from software stalls without operator intervention. Auto-power recovery restores operation after unexpected power loss.

Deciding specification

The 1024 x 768 resolution and 4:3 aspect ratio define the display area available for legacy SCADA or HMI interfaces. Ten-point capacitive touch supports multi-finger gestures even with gloved hands. Dual COM ports connect directly to PLCs, barcode scanners or serial instruments. A Mini PCIe slot with SIM holder allows optional 4G or Wi-Fi expansion for remote sites.
