The Partaker A27 is a 15 inch all-in-one system built around an Intel Core i5-5200U processor with 8GB of DDR3 memory and a 128GB mSATA drive. Its IP65-rated front panel resists dust and water jets, making it suitable for factory floors, outdoor kiosks and other wet or dirty locations. The fanless aluminium chassis runs silently without moving parts to fail.

Sustained Load Behaviour

Passive cooling across the alloy shell dissipates heat from the dual-core CPU during continuous operation. The platform supports an extended temperature span from minus 20 to plus 60 degrees, so performance remains stable inside non-climatised cabinets or vehicles. A hardware watchdog with 255 programmable levels can restart the unit automatically if a process hangs.

Resistive Touchscreen with 4:3 Aspect

The 15 inch TFT LCD delivers 1024 by 768 resolution at 350 cd per m2 brightness and uses a resistive layer rated for 50 million touches. This technology works reliably with gloved hands or styluses, which capacitive screens often reject. Dual Gigabit LAN, two serial ports configurable as RS232 or RS485, four USB ports and HDMI output provide the I/O needed for PLCs, barcode scanners and secondary displays.

What power supply and mounting cut-out do I need before installing the Partaker A27?

You need a 12 V DC source (or 9–36 V wide-range option) and a panel cut-out of 355 × 279 mm for embedded mounting. The front panel meets IP65 dust and water resistance once seated.

Can the dual Realtek Gigabit LAN ports and two RS232/485 COM ports on the Partaker A27 talk to my older PLCs and HMIs?
