Industrial All-in-One with Resistive Touch

The Partaker A28 is a 15.6 inch industrial panel PC built around an Intel Celeron J1900 processor with 8GB of DDR3 memory and a 256GB mSATA drive. It runs Windows 10 Pro on a Full HD 1920x1080 TFT-LCD protected by an IP65-rated resistive touchscreen. The fanless aluminum alloy chassis is designed for silent, maintenance-free operation in harsh environments.

Embedded Mounting and Cable Planning

Installation uses a standard 385x234.3 mm panel cutout for embedded mounting with the flat IP65 front panel sealing against dust and water. The fanless design removes airflow clearance requirements but the rear expansion area needs access for dual mini PCIe cards and configurable COM ports. Cable routing for dual Gigabit LAN, HDMI, four USB ports and 12V DC input must be planned before the unit is sealed into the enclosure.

Sustained Load in Extended Temperatures

The fanless aluminum chassis dissipates heat passively across a -20 to +60 Celsius operating range using the solid-state drive. Without active cooling the quad-core J1900 throttles under continuous multi-threaded workloads to maintain thermal limits. The resistive touchscreen rated for 50 million touches and dual 82W speakers remain functional during prolonged operation at temperature extremes.
