The Partaker A8 is a 17-inch fanless all-in-one computer built around a 1.60 GHz Intel Core i5 4th Gen processor, 8 GB DDR3L memory, a 256 GB mSATA SSD and a 1 TB 2.5-inch SATA hard drive. Its IP65-rated front panel and 10-point projected capacitive touchscreen target factory automation, kiosk and embedded deployments where dust and water jets are routine. Windows 10 Pro is pre-installed with Linux Ubuntu also supported.

Passive cooling and 12 V DC input

An aluminium alloy chassis dissipates heat without fans, so acoustic output is effectively zero and there are no moving parts to fail in vibration-prone cabinets. The unit accepts 100–240 V AC via an external adapter that delivers 12 V DC, with automatic power-on after power loss. Operating temperature spans 0–50 °C with the SSD installed and 0–40 °C when the mechanical hard drive is active.

Replaces legacy panel PCs needing IP65

The combination of dual COM ports, VGA, HDMI, dual USB 3.0 and dual USB 2.0 lets the A8 drop into existing machine-control panels that require 1280 x 1024 resolution and a 380 x 315 mm cut-out. The jump is worth it when a fanless, VESA 75-mountable platform with Mini PCIe expansion for wireless is required, but not for buyers who need higher brightness than 250 cd/m² or a newer processor generation.
