The Partaker B23 packs a 24-core 32-thread Core i9-14900F with a discrete RTX 4070 12GB GDDR6X GPU into an 11.6-inch chassis. It ships with 64GB DDR5-5600 memory and a 1TB PCIe 4.0 NVME SSD. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed and the system supports up to four simultaneous displays at 8K 60Hz via HDMI 2.1 and three DisplayPort 1.4a outputs.

Display and memory limits

Four video outputs all support 8K at 60Hz, but the GPU provides only 12GB of GDDR6X frame buffer and a 192-bit memory bus. The SO-DIMM slots accept DDR5 up to 96GB total, so the installed 64GB can be doubled. Storage expansion uses two 2.5-inch SATA 3.0 bays; the single M.2 slot is already occupied by the boot drive.

Liquid-cooled 14900F with 4070 graphics

The factory liquid cooler handles the 5.8GHz turbo CPU and the RTX 4070 in a compact enclosure that draws 20V 20A from an external power adapter.
