It ships with 8 GB of DDR4 memory and a 256 GB SSD, running Windows 10 Pro. The brushed aluminium chassis dissipates heat without any moving parts, making it suitable for 24-hour duty in noise-sensitive or dust-prone environments.

Replaces noisy tower PCs in fixed-function roles

This unit supersedes conventional fan-cooled desktops where silence, reliability or space are priorities. The jump is worthwhile when the workload fits within the dual-core processor and integrated graphics, and when the I/O set — six serial ports, dual Gigabit LAN, four USB 3.0 and four USB 2.0 — matches the peripherals in use. Buyers who need discrete GPU performance or higher core counts should look elsewhere.

Limited by the single SO-DIMM slot and DC input

Memory tops out at 32 GB because only one DDR4 SO-DIMM socket is provided. Storage expansion uses one mSATA, one M.2 2280 and one 2.5-inch bay, but the board does not expose additional high-speed lanes. The system requires a 12 V 3 A DC supply from the included 100-240 V AC adapter, so it cannot run directly from a standard ATX power supply or PoE.
