Three 2.5G LAN Ports for Deterministic Networking

Three Intel I225-V 2.5G Ethernet controllers provide separate deterministic paths for machine vision, PLC communication and remote management traffic. Each port negotiates at 2.5 Gbps over standard Cat5e cabling without requiring a 10G switch upgrade. This multi-port layout is the single specification that decides whether the I14 fits a given automation cell.

Sustained Operation Across Extended Temperatures

The system is rated for continuous operation from 0°C to 50°C with commercial storage or -20°C to 60°C when an industrial SSD is fitted, relying on passive surface airflow across the anodised aluminium housing. A 12-24V DC Phoenix terminal accepts wide-voltage input with a TDP envelope of 60-100W, while a hardware watchdog and WOL support ensure automatic recovery after power events or thermal throttling.
