Performance headroom

Sequential reads reach up to 6000 MBps and writes up to 5000 MBps, so large file transfers and game loads finish quickly. The drive has no DRAM cache and relies on Host Memory Buffer instead, which saves power but can limit sustained write bursts once the SLC buffer fills.

Build integration

The single-sided M.2 2280 form factor fits slim notebooks and compact motherboards. A graphene heatshield and an embedded thermal sensor manage heat between 0 and 70°C without a bulky metal sink. SmartECC technology protects data integrity during heavy workloads.
