Professional 16 GB ECC GPU

The PNY NVIDIA RTX A4000 equips workstations with 16 GB of GDDR6 memory protected by ECC for data integrity. A 256-bit bus delivers 448 GB/sec bandwidth to feed 6144 CUDA cores, 192 Tensor cores and 48 RT cores. Four DisplayPort 1.4a outputs drive up to 7680 x 4320 resolution at 60 Hz. The card plugs into a PCI Express 4.0 x16 slot and draws auxiliary power through a single 6-pin connector.

Sustained compute throughput

Under continuous load the Ampere architecture sustains 19.2 TFLOPS of single-precision performance, 37.4 TFLOPS of RT core throughput and 153.4 TFLOPS of Tensor performance. One NVENC and one NVDEC engine with AV1 decode handle parallel encode and decode streams without frame drops. The 17.4 billion transistor die manufactured on an 8 nm process maintains stable clocks during extended rendering, simulation or AI inference sessions.

A single-slot active fansink measuring 4.4 H x 9.5 L keeps the 140 W maximum power draw within acoustic limits for rack or tower deployments. The 392.5 mm² die transfers heat directly to the heatsink, allowing the fan curve to stay low during typical CAD, DCC and compute workloads. One 6-pin PCIe connector supplies all auxiliary current, simplifying cable routing in dense chassis.
