The Reolink Home Hub bundles a single Lumus 4MP camera and a central base station that manages encrypted recordings on a pre-installed 64GB microSD card. Footage stays on the local network, so the system works even when the internet connection drops. Up to eight compatible Reolink cameras can be added later for wider coverage.

Dual-band Wi-Fi with fixed 15 fps stream

The camera connects on 2.4 GHz or 5.0 GHz bands using an internal antenna, which limits placement flexibility compared with external antennas. Video is fixed at 15 frames per second, so fast motion may show more blur than higher-frame-rate models. ONVIF support allows integration with third-party recorders, but bandwidth and latency still depend on the chosen Wi-Fi channel.

2560 x 1440 resolution

The 4MP CMOS sensor captures a maximum of 2560 x 1440 pixels, and built-in spotlights keep colour active after dark instead of switching to infrared monochrome. Fixed-focal optics mean the field of view cannot be adjusted optically. Buyers who need optical zoom, varifocal lenses or frame rates above 15 fps should look elsewhere.
