Server DDR4 ECC RDIMM Kit

This RIMLANCE kit provides 16 GB of DDR4 server memory in a matched pair of 8 GB registered DIMMs. It is built for DDR4-based servers and workstations that require ECC error correction and registered buffering for data integrity.

288-pin registered module installation

The modules use the standard 288-pin DDR4 RDIMM form factor and operate at 1.2 V. Registered DIMMs place an electrical load on the memory controller, so the motherboard must explicitly support registered ECC memory; unbuffered consumer boards will not accept them.

Verify DDR4 registered ECC support
