Dual-bay 2.5" USB 3.0 RAID enclosure

The sakose BT-M260U3F houses two 2.5-inch SATA hard drives or SSDs in a single black chassis. It connects to a host via SuperSpeed USB 3.0 and also provides FireWire ports. An included AC adapter powers the unit and an internal fan assists cooling.

Suits users wanting hardware RAID

The enclosure supports hardware RAID 0 striping, RAID 1 mirroring, JBOD spanning and a non-RAID mode presenting two independent SATA volumes. Tool-less, tray-less bays allow quick drive swaps. It is not suited for 3.5-inch drives or for single-drive portable use.

Maximum 750 GB per bay at 9.5 mm height

Each bay accepts drives up to 750 GB capacity and 9.5 mm thickness. Thicker or higher-capacity drives cannot be installed. The SATA I/II internal interface sets the drive speed ceiling.
