Interchangeable layout limits

Front panel I/O, rackmount sliding rails, handlebars, 5.25 inch device bays and PSU mounts can all be swapped between front and back, but the physical 4U height and slot count remain fixed. Cooling supports a 280mm radiator or two 160mm fans, defining the thermal ceiling for installed components. Expansion is limited to eight low-profile plus three standard-height PCI slots.
