This 64 GB SK hynix LRDIMM runs at DDR4-2666 (PC4-21300) with CL19 latency and 1.20 V operation. It carries ECC and a 4Rx4 organisation on a 288-pin form factor. The module is designed for Intel S2600WT server platforms that require registered memory.

Sustained-load behaviour

Load-Reduced architecture buffers the command, address and data signals to reduce electrical load on the memory controller. This allows more DIMMs per channel than standard RDIMMs while maintaining signal integrity at 2666 MT/s.
