E1.S slot efficiency

The 15mm E1.S design fits hot-plug bays built for high-density chassis. An idle draw of 5W and an active ceiling of 15W keep thermal load predictable. Opal security is supported on the controller. The unit weighs 84g and is rated for 1,000 G shock at 0.5 msec.
