The Solidigm D7-P5520 is a 3.84TB enterprise solid-state drive built on 144L TLC 3D NAND. It uses the E1.S 9.5mm form factor and a PCI-Express 4.0 x4 interface for internal server and data-centre deployments.

Opal security and endurance
