The Supermicro 8601135453 is a complete GPU server system built around an Intel Xeon Gold 6548Y+ processor with 32 cores and 64 threads. It ships with 2 TB of DDR5-5600 memory across 32 modules and a 960 GB M.2 NVMe PCIe 4.0 boot drive. Eight NVIDIA H200 GPUs each provide 141 GB of memory for large-model training and inference. TPM 2.0 is included for platform integrity.

Upgrade path

This system replaces a multi-node CPU cluster or an older single-GPU server when workloads demand unified high-bandwidth GPU memory at scale.
