This Supermicro BKT-BBU-BRACKET-05 is a mounting board for LSI cache backup modules. It secures the iBBU06, iBBU07, iBBU08 and iBBU09 battery units as well as all CacheVault power modules. The bracket is sold new and ready for integration into compatible server configurations.

Compatibility and constraints

The bracket requires the LSI00260 cable for iBBU06, iBBU07 and iBBU08 units. When using iBBU08 with 9260-4i or 9260-8i controllers the same cable is also mandatory. Builders who lack the LSI00260 cable or who use unsupported battery models should look elsewhere.
