Single DB25 Parallel Port
The Syba SI-PEX10011 adds one DB25 parallel port to a desktop computer through any PCI Express slot from x1 to x16. It uses the Asix AX99100 chipset and a PCIe 2.0 x1 host interface to provide legacy LPT connectivity for older peripherals and software.
Suited for legacy hardware integration
This card suits users connecting parallel printers, barcode scanners, industrial controllers or other IEEE1284 devices that require SPP, PS2, EPP or ECP modes. It is not suitable for systems lacking a free PCIe slot or for applications needing more than one parallel port.
1.5 Mbps maximum data rate
The parallel port delivers data rates up to 1.5Mbps and supports PCIe power management states D1, D2, D3hot and D3cold. Driver support covers Windows 7, 8, 10, Linux kernel 2.6.15 and later, and Android 1.x through 5.x.
