Purpose-built storage

The Synology RS3626xs is a 12-bay rackmount NAS delivered fully assembled with 16GB DDR4 memory, 800GB cache and 96TB of Synology Enterprise drives. A 6-core Intel Xeon D-1726 processor powers demanding business workloads such as virtualization, surveillance and multi-site collaboration. Redundant power supplies protect service availability from a single power-supply failure.

Before ordering

Verify that your rack provides a 2U slot measuring 88mm in height and at least 724mm in depth for the 14.5kg chassis. Ensure two C13 outlets are available for the dual redundant power cords operating at 100-240 VAC. Confirm your network infrastructure supports 10GbE RJ-45 links to use the two integrated ports and the out-of-band management port. Operating temperature must stay between 0°C and 35°C with humidity from 8% to 80% RH.

Build integration

Two PCIe Gen 4 x8 slots accept compatible 10GbE, 25GbE or Fibre Channel adapters plus SSD caching hardware as requirements evolve. Twelve 3.5-inch SATA HDD or 2.5-inch SATA SSD bays are populated with the included enterprise drives. Two USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports allow direct peripheral attachment. The unit is managed through a web-based interface with DHCP client support and provides front-panel LEDs for power, drive and network status.
