The Synology RS1626xs+ is a 1U rackmount network-attached storage server built for businesses running virtualization, backup and file-collaboration workloads. An Intel Xeon D-1726 six-core processor and 64GB of DDR4 ECC memory provide the compute headroom for simultaneous VMs and heavy multi-user access. Dual 10GbE RJ-45 ports and a dedicated management LAN keep throughput high without contending with admin traffic.

32TB Raw Capacity with 800GB NVMe Cache

Four pre-installed 8TB Synology Enterprise drives deliver 32TB of raw storage in a single volume or RAID array. Two 400GB NVMe SSD cache modules accelerate random read and write workloads such as databases and virtual-machine disks. The four-bay chassis limits internal expansion; adding a compatible Synology expansion unit is the only path to grow beyond the installed drives.

1U Chassis with Dual Power Cords and Front Cover

The unit measures 44mm high, 481.9mm wide and 668.5mm deep, weighing 9.5kg with drives installed. Two C13-to-C14 power cables support redundant power supplies for continuous uptime in rack environments.
