It ships fully assembled and tested with an AMD Ryzen V1500B four-core processor, 4 GB DDR4 ECC memory, 800 GB of enterprise cache and four 8 TB Synology Plus drives for 32 TB total capacity.

The 2.2 GHz Ryzen V1500B delivers more than 2,000 MB/s sequential read and 1,300 MB/s sequential write under Synology test conditions. Four 1 GbE RJ-45 ports support link aggregation for load balancing and failover, while a PCIe Gen3 slot accepts 10 GbE or 25 GbE adapters when 1 GbE becomes the bottleneck.
