Four hand-assembled star keycaps

This set contains four decorative keycaps with colourful star tops bonded to the base by hand using special glue. They are designed purely for visual customisation of a mechanical keyboard and are sold as an affordable accent rather than a full keycap replacement kit.

Fits Cherry MX and compatible cross-stem switches

The keycaps mount on standard cross-shaped stems used by Cherry MX, Kailh, Outemu, Gateron and similar switches. Check that the four keys you plan to replace use this stem type and that you are comfortable removing the original caps with a keycap puller before ordering.

Glue marks possible; heat can adjust tightness

Because each star is glued on individually, faint glue marks may be visible on close inspection. If a cap feels too tight or too loose on the stem, the supplier suggests warming the cross socket with a hair dryer for about five seconds to soften the base before pressing it onto the switch.

The package contains four star-shaped keycaps only. A key puller is not included, so you will need your own to remove the original caps before installing these.

Which switch types do these four keycaps fit?

What does the hand-assembled construction mean for daily use?
