38x38mm Carbon Fiber Thermal Pad

The Thermal Grizzly Carbonaut TG-CA-38-38-02-R is a pre-cut carbon fibre pad designed to transfer heat between a CPU or GPU die and a cooler cold plate. Its polymer matrix stays flexible and does not dry out over time. The pad is reusable when components are swapped or serviced.

Suits Intel 20xx HEDT and AMD desktop sockets

Builders fitting 20xx-series HEDT processors or compatible AMD desktop CPUs can use the 38x38mm size without trimming. The soft gap-filler surface conforms to minor surface irregularities at low mounting pressure. Electrically conductive carbon fibre means the pad must be kept clear of exposed circuitry.
