Minus Pad Advance 100x100x0.5mm

This twin-pack supplies two black thermal pads measuring 100 x 100 mm with a 0.5 mm thickness. They are designed for SSDs, GPU coolers, water blocks and voltage-regulator modules. The electrically non-conductive material prevents short circuits on exposed circuitry. Builders upgrading laptop or desktop cooling will find the size convenient.

Installing and common issues

Peel the protective films, place a pad on the component and press the heatsink down; the pad conforms to uneven surfaces thanks to its higher compressibility. Misalignment is the usual problem — once the pad touches the die it bonds quickly and cannot be repositioned without tearing. Cutting a pad to a smaller shape is possible with a sharp blade but wastes the second piece.

Check before ordering
