Quad ASI/SDI Adapter

The Thinkstar DTA-2144-SXP provides four BNC ports for professional video transport over a single PCI Express slot. Each port operates independently as an ASI or SDI input or output, selectable under software control. Broadcasters and playout engineers gain a dense I/O solution for DVB-ASI and 270 Mbps 10-bit SDI workflows.

Independent Port Configuration

Individual status LEDs give immediate visual feedback per channel. Cable equalisation and inverted ASI extend reliable cable runs without external conditioning. Hardware counters deliver bitrate measurement and packet-sequence statistics, while flexible receive modes add time-stamping and false-sync pass-through for full TR 101 290 compliance monitoring.

PCI Express Build

The card installs in a standard PCI Express slot and presents four BNC connectors at the bracket. On-board 32 MB buffering per channel smooths burst traffic across the bus.
