Build-surface film for 220 × 220 mm beds

This composite sheet fits 220 × 220 mm heated beds and provides a print-ready surface for PLA, ABS, HIPS, PETG, TPE, nylon, PC and RETT filaments. The single-sheet design removes the need for separate textured paper, making first-time installation faster. A flexible high-temperature layer faces the print while a low-temperature adhesive layer bonds to the build plate. The film is reusable across multiple print jobs.

Thermal limits and power considerations

Rated for a maximum bed temperature of 80 °C, the film is not suited for materials that require higher bed heat. At 0.8 mm thick it resists puncture during normal printing, shielding the underlying platform from damage. No active cooling or extra power is needed beyond the printer’s standard heated-bed circuit.

What the 300LSE adhesive layer changes

The 300LSE glue type creates a strong bond that resists edge lifting during long prints yet allows the sheet to be peeled off and reapplied when worn.
