The UOTEK UT-794 adds four RS-422/485 ports to a PC through a single PCI-Express x1 slot. It is built for industrial automation, data-acquisition and legacy-equipment integration where balanced differential signalling is required.

DB44 breakout connector

The card presents one DR44 connector that carries all four ports; a separate breakout cable splits the signals into individual DB9 ports. This single-connector design determines whether the card fits your existing cabling and panel layout.

Sustained industrial operation

The board operates continuously from -40 °C to 85 °C and provides 600 W surge protection plus ±15 kV ESD protection on every line. Optoelectronic isolation and TVS clamping keep the ports stable during long cable runs up to 1.2 km at 921.6 Kbps.
